  • Check In Surcharge

    Early Check In

    • 8.00AM or before; An additional 100% of the original rate will be charged.
    • Between 08.00 AM -11.00 AM; An additional 50% of the original rate will be charged
    • Between 11:00 PM - 14:00 PM; No additional charge will apply, however it is subject based on hotel's availability.

    Late Check Out

    • 13.00 PM - 14.00 PM; An additional 10% of the original rate will be charged.15.00 PM - 18.00 PM; An additional 30% of the original rate will be charged.
    • 18:00 PM - 21.00 PM; An additional 50% of the original rate will be charged.
    • 21.00 PM and above; An additional 100% of the original rate will be charged.
    • Pet Policy : No Pets Allowed.
    • Taxes & Service : 7 % for Service & 10 % for Tax.

  • Terms & Condition

    Check In

    • Standard check-in time is at 2:00PM. Prior to check- in, the credit card used to book as well as identification matching the person and name the room was booked under must be sited by our Front Office team. That person must be present on arrival and must be staying at the property. Any use of a third-party credit card must be pre-arranged with the property prior to arrival and written authority to use that third-party card must be provided.

    Check-Out

    Non Refundable/ Promo Rate

    • Bookings made under a non refundable or promo rate require a full payment to confirm your booking at White Goose Boutique Hotel.
    • Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m
    • Check-Out Time: 12:00 p.m

    • Bookings made 7 days or more prior to check in date require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking at White Goose Boutique Hotel.
    • Bookings made within 7 days of check in date require a full payment to confirm your booking at White Goose Boutique Hotel.

    Non Refundable/ Promo Rate

    • Bookings made under a non refundable or promo rate require a full payment to confirm your booking at White Goose Boutique Hotel.
    • Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m
    • Check-Out Time: 12:00 p.m
  • Cancellation Policy

    Standard Rate

    • If a reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the check in date, no penalty is applied and your deposit will be refunded or able to use as hotel credit. If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior to the check in date, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged.

    Non Refundable/ Promo Rate

    • In the event of a cancellation of a non refundable or promo rate booking, the entire payment made for the stay shall be deemed nonrefundable. Nevertheless, following a discussion with the hotel's management, this payment may be converted into Hotel Credit, Potentially incurring additional fees and following the hotel's set terms and conditions.
    • In case of 'no-show', the entire payment made for the stay shall be deemed non-refundable.
